siydik
/sijdik/
Definitions
1. urine
- malnı siydigi — the urine of livestock
- siydik tamır — the ureter
- siydigin tıyarğa — to hold back one's urine
2. stock, breed, the line one is descended from — Elbrusoid's label block (мед./анат./перен./бран.) is undifferentiated and serves both senses, so no connotation mark was taken from it; TSKBYA's citation «бу харам сийдик» shows the word used insultingly of a person, while «бизни сийдигибиз жетген аман болмаз» uses it neutrally of descent.
- bizni siydigibiz jetgen aman bolmaz — no one of our stock will turn out bad
- atnı siydigi — the stock of the horse
- anı siydigi belgilidi — his descent is well known

There is no plural of this word. The ending would attach like any other — it is the word, not the grammar, that refuses: this is not something Karachay counts.
