forget-me-not — A small plant with tiny blue flowers that grows in damp places. Khapaev and Khapaeva 2015 identify it as the water forget-me-not (Myosotis palustris). Their 2022 work also applies the name to the field forget-me-not (Myosotis intermedia) and records folk use of that plant in poultices and compresses for eye ailments and against scurvy.
