Intended meaning
A woman who has no husband, especially one whose husband has died; in the variant form with киши, a man who has no wife.
- Ala [jaşla] ölgen teŋleri, sarnağan anala, öksüz sabiyle, tul qatınla üçün dert jetdiredile.They [the young men] take revenge for their fallen comrades, for the keening mothers, the orphaned children, the widows.
