To be unable to speak or pronounce words correctly; to have speech that does not come out right.

Sosran sohtalanı birem-birem qatına çaqırıb, allında arab tilde jazılğan kitapnı ol-bu jerlerin oqutub köredi. Tili igi sınmağanŋa uruşadı, hını etedi.Sosran calls the pupils over to him one by one and has them read this or that passage of the Arabic-language book in front of him. He scolds whoever's tongue has not been broken in well, and is harsh with them.
