For a person's honour to be injured; to be humiliated and become the object of shame and gossip.
- Bılaydan söleşe turmay, üyge kirseŋ, sıyıŋmı sınarıqdı? – dep, Ahmat İynaluqğa ırazı bolmağanın bildirdi."If you came inside instead of standing out here talking, would your honour be broken?" — with that, Ahmat let Iynaluq know that he was displeased.
