Literal translation

(the time) the lambs were separated

Late autumn, the season when the young sheep are taken from their mothers and made up into a separate flock.

Birinçi quwançın etgende, kesi üsünde bolaldı ese da, Zuriyatnı ua erge Solman bergendi. Qozu ayırğan zamanda biy aŋa bir ıyıqğa üyge barıb kelirge erkin etmegen edi.When he held his first wedding feast he had managed it on his own, but it was Solman who gave Zuriyat away in marriage. At lamb-weaning time the bey would not let him go home for a week.
