Physically strong, hefty and imposing; a person of great bodily power.

Ertte bu qalalanı qalap: «Aha!» – dep tohtağanla [erttegile], bizni qoltuqğa alıb keterik duşmannı da kül etib, tardan süre kelgendile.Those who long ago built these fortresses and stood saying "Aha!" [the men of old] turned even the mighty enemy who would have carried us off under his arm to ashes, and drove him down through the gorge.
