To go about something negligently and disrespectfully, putting no real effort or attention into it.
- Qolunu sırtı bla qaramağan adamğa malnı çotu qalındı.The one who has not gone at it with the back of his hand has a thick tally of livestock.
- Tamataladan adam körmegen sürüwçüle, işge qol üsünden uzala, keslerin jubathandan ozub, işni tındırmay, jarsıthan etedile.Herdsmen whom none of the elders oversee, reaching for the work with the back of the hand, do no more than amuse themselves, leave the work undone and only cause trouble.
