Intended meaning
An echo: a shout heard coming back a second time in the woods or among the cliffs.
- Mazannı awazın qaya qızı – qarılğaç üç-tört kere qaytardı, ol, seleye, tawlanı tereninde tunçuqdu.The echo threw Mazan's voice back three or four times, and then, falling quiet, it was smothered in the depths of the mountains.
- «Ketedile andan qalğan zatla-a-a!» – dep zıŋırdadı qaya qızı."Everything left of it is going awa-a-ay!" rang the echo.
