Literal translation

may he be woman-hearted and chicken-eyed

A wish spoken over a male child, asking that he grow up with a gentle nature.

Duniyada birinçi atlamın endi eterik qarındaşıbızğa allay aqılnı Allah bersin! – dedi qart Biyso. – Qatın köllü, tawuq közlü ulan bolsun!"May Allah grant such good sense to our little brother, who is about to take his first step in the world!" said old Biyso.
