Literal translation

However badly you are hurt, do not plead with your enemy or let him see your weakness; keep what is yours secret from him.

Tawlu ulu Biysoltan: – Awuzuŋ qandan tolsa da, qanlıŋa bildirme. Bolmazlıq zatha qanlıŋa tobuqlanŋandan ese, ellileriŋ, teŋleriŋ köre, kesiŋ erça joyul, boyunuŋu kesiŋ kes, – dedi.Taulu ulu Biysoltan said: "Even if your mouth fills with blood, do not let your enemy know it. Rather than kneel to your enemy over something that cannot be helped, perish like a man before your villagers and comrades, cut your own throat yourself."
