To press someone relentlessly and never let up until they do what one demands.
- Qızıŋı jaşıma bermey amalıŋ joqdu, – dep, qonşubuz anabıznı öre otha olturtmaydı."You have no choice but to give your daughter to my son" — our neighbour keeps at our mother and gives her no peace.
