Intended meaning
To be so badly swollen or bloated as to be on the point of bursting — said of livestock that has gorged itself or eaten bad fodder, and of a person swollen by illness.
- Biz kelgende, tana çır-çıraŋı bolub tura edi.When we arrived, the calf was bloated fit to burst.
- Halimat çır-çıraŋı bolub turadı, bir türlü awruw tiygendi da.Halimat is all swollen up — some illness has struck her.
