shriveled, dried up, atrophied (of a teat or udder that gives no milk) — Common phrases: çuŋqul emçek "a shriveled, retracted teat" and çuŋqul iynek "a cow with a shriveled teat". Guzeev 1996–2005 explains it as dried up and giving no milk.
