1. completely empty, utterly bare — Intensive form of quru, as Guzeev 1996–2005 describes it: qup-quru çelek "a completely empty bucket", qup-quru otow "a completely empty room". As a predicate it means there is nothing at all: üynü içi qup-qurudu "the house is completely empty".
