qaydan kelese? — where are you coming from?
qaydan kelesiz? — where are you (pl.) coming from?

2. (adv.) from what source, from whom — Used when asking how someone came to know or get something, as in munu sen qaydan bildiŋ "where did you learn this?"

3. (adv.) how, how on earth — Used in rhetorical questions that express surprise, disbelief or disagreement.
