qızmar
/qɯzmar/
stingy, miserly, greedy — Guzeev 1996–2005 explains it as qızğanç and quotes a Nart saying: Qızlı üyde kelin qızmar "in a house with daughters, the bride is stingy".
- qızlı üyde kelin qızmar — in a house with daughters, the bride is stingy
- qızmar adam — a stingy person
- ol bek qızmardı — he is very stingy
- qızmar bolma — don't be stingy

Any thing takes the third-person ending, not only these: bu qızmardı, bıla qızmardıla. In texts biznikile is usually kesibiznikile, "our own people", and a surname with -nıqıla names a family: Dudalanıqıla, "the Dudas".
