2. weak-mindedness, a deficiency of understanding
- aqıldan jartılıq amandı — weakness of mind is the worst kind
- aqıldan jartılığı bolğan adam — a person with a deficiency of understanding
- jartılığı üçün iş beralmaydıla — because of his weak-mindedness they give him no work
