Said of the ruin and disorder that follow when there is no one in charge and no decision is taken.

Onow amaltın bir el tüp boldu degença, onow amaltın, ol jaş zaya bolub bara bolur deyme, – dedi Dawumhan."Just as they say a whole village was ruined for want of leadership, I think that boy too is going to waste for want of anyone to guide him," said Dauumkhan.
